Our staff is able to receive packages from most delivery services. However, please be sure to send your package to the attention of your CUSTOMER NUMBER or company name.
We have excellent techs and office staff. Our psychics, however, are terrible. Therefore, please be sure to identify your shipment. VIRTBIZ is not responsible for unmarked items.
Please schedule large or pallet deliveries in advance so we can make the right staff and equipment available. Our dock can accept a bob tail truck. However, we recommend lift gate delivery. In addition, we may use a pallet jack to move packages but will not lift overweight items.
Customer and Visitor Parking
We occasionally hear concerns that parking at data centers can be a problem. This can be especially true in urban areas. We make it easy to visit at any time.
Our location in Deep Ellum features ample free parking options for our customers and visitors. You should be aware, however, that some options may depend on the date and time of your visit.
VIRTBIZ customers and guests may enjoy FREE PARKING at any time in our back parking lot. This includes, for example, any available spot between the backup generator and the wall on the east side of our property.
In addition, street parking at any available parking meter is FREE during our business office hours. Conversely, after-hours street parking may require payment. Please see the instructions posted on the parking meter for details.
Due to our Deep Ellum location, we are occasionally asked if it’s OK to park in our lot and visit other nearby businesses. For instance, a customer may wish to visit a local restaurant or enjoy a concert. This is generally fine if we have available space at the time. However, please be sure to check in with the technician on duty before leaving the property.
We do our best to offer parking as a convenience to our customers. However, we are only able to make special parking accommodations based on availability. Our goal is to ensure parking availability for customers. In addition, we are unable to offer parking to third parties or other guests.
Please note that parking your vehicle is at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for damage or theft of vehicles or contents. In addition, unauthorized vehicles will be towed without warning at the owners expense.
