Occasionally you may find that your storage space is being used by logfiles which can consume a great deal of your available disk quota.

Log files are used to store history about your account, when files were uploaded to the server, or accessed by visitors to your website. The log files are used each night in the creation of your statistics. Of course, the longer you maintain your website, the larger these files will grow with time. Fortunately, it is not mandatory that you keep old log files. In fact, after they are processed each night, it is no longer necessary to keep them if you do not wish to. Therefore you can delete them.

In order to delete log files, log into your account's FTP (using your FTP program). The browse to the "logs" directory off the root directory (../../../logs)

In the logs directory you will see a number of files. Your FTP program should list the dates of the files for you. You can safely delete any files that are older than yesterday's date.
