- From the Recent Messages list, click between the [ ] symbols on the left side of the listing.
- Alternatively, you can jump specifically to an email message if you know it's ID number.
Every message that is filtered by the system is assigned a unique ID which is visible from the message header. The ID will be contained in a line on the message header that looks similar to this:
X-VIRTBIZ-MailScanner-ID: o47KcQbF029241Take that ID number (o47KcQbF029241, in this example) and paste that into the "Jump to message:" and press Enter.
