Some users reported trouble reaching hosted assets around 01:00 CST on 04/46/2024. A route advertisement was inadvertently withdrawn from a carrier peer, resulting in unreachable status from certain locations. The issue was corrected and all systems are normal at this time. We are working with vendor support with regard to preventing further incidents and a follow-up maintenance window may be necessary.
