I want to cancel part or all of my services.

These actions can be done inside your Customer Portal.  

    1.  Once you are logged in, go to “Active Services” (top right hand  corner) and click.

    2.  Click on the  service you wish to cancel. 

    3.  Click on the "Management Actions" drop box and select "request cancellation"

    4.  In the box provided, please type the reason for your cancellation. Then click the cancellation type you wish:  Immediate or End of Billing Period.
