How do I add another authorized contact person to my account?

This may be done inside your Customer Portal.

  1. Login at
  2. Click on “Edit Profile” (below your account name).
  3. Click on “Contacts/Sub accounts”.
  4. Click on "Add New Contact" (to the right of any existing contact names).
  5. Complete all fields. (Activate Sub-Account: Use this feature to allow this contact to have their own separate Login to the Customer Portal)
  6. Once completed, click "Save Changes".
