In order to promote ongoing network stability, VIRTBIZ will be performing critical maintenance to update and upgrade core routing infrastructure. This work includes physical replacement of core routing assets that supply border and edge connectivity. Equipment and connections are already in place and a procedure has been established in order to minimize impact to end-users.

Expected Outage/Downtime: 60 minutes (intermittent)
During this maintenance window, customers may experience up to two brief interruptions in service while we complete the maintenance activities. We do not expect extended periods of connectivity loss. However, due to the complexity of the work, it is possible that unforeseen issues could result in temporary connectivity loss. Customers may also expect to see some re-convergence during the maintenance window. Customers may experience latency and packet loss intermittently throughout the window.
